For Majextand products purchased through our official website or authorized direct sales channels, our team provides a 「one-year limited warranty」, effective from the day after the product is delivered. This warranty covers product malfunctions caused by defects in raw materials or manufacturing.

To apply for warranty service, please provide a purchase invoice (or proof of purchase) and submit your request with photos, videos, or a detailed description to our customer service email: majextand@gmail.com

Please note that this limited warranty does not cover shipping or postage fees for product repair or replacement. All shipping costs for returning and resending the product are the responsibility of the customer. When applying for warranty service, please ensure the product is properly packaged. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during transportation.

Exclusions from the Warranty. The limited warranty does not cover:

1. Products without proof of purchase, or products inconsistent with purchase records.

2. Products purchased from sources other than the Taiwan official website or direct store.

3. Second-hand or resold products.

4. Products that have been modified.

5. Improper use of the product, including but not limited to: misuse, collision, self-repair, disassembly, modification, or replacement of parts.

6. Normal wear and tear or aging of consumable or cosmetic parts, including: peeling of surface coating, natural discoloration, loosening of parts, cracking from sun exposure, or surface stains.

7. Any damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, fire, or similar conditions.

8. Any damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or human negligence.

9. Any damage or malfunction caused by movement, transport, or dropping of the product.
